Adventures for Hope
Adventures For Hope is a African Climbing and Safari fundraising initiative with the goal to raise awareness and much needed financial support for important programs that affect the lives and communities of the Tanzanian People.
The funds raised through Adventures for Hope this year will go to support Project Transcend’s Sewing School project and to Direct Relief International to pay for the transportation costs of much needed medical supplies for hospitals and medical facilities in Tanzania.
Adventurers can chose from either Climbing for Hope, a Mt. Kilimanjaro Climb up the Machame Route or Walk on the Wild Side For Hope, a wild life safari. Both trips spend several days visiting the sewing school and some of the hospitals/clinics that receive the medical supplies from Direct Relief. See the itineraries for each trip. To participate the Adventurer is required to raise a minimum of $10,000. If they choose to commit to raise $20,000 they can participate in both trips.
